I have over 10 years of experience crafting user experiences for small businesses, families, and non-profits at companies including Etsy, Verizon, Wix.com, and Blue State Digital.
 
With an executive certificate in Social Impact Strategy from UPenn, I bring a unique perspective to my work. I also serve on the board of 31st Ave Open Street Collective and am the founder of Astoria Live.

In 2024, I worked on a cross-functional initiative focused on defining quality for existing inventory, improving the discoverability of high-quality items in search, and providing sellers with greater transparency and control over their rankings. As the design lead for the seller experience, I created a motivational search-improvement dashboard that drove seller engagement at rates more than double our original goal.

I designed Etsy’s “Share & Save” program, which encourages sellers to drive traffic to Etsy while saving on fees for purchases they drove. This initiative included multiple touchpoints across the seller experience and served as a mechanism to enhance design quality of the seller dashboard and stats along the way.

I introduced listing videos to Etsy, designing both the seller-facing tools for seamless video uploads and buyer-facing placements to showcase them. I also created adoption tools that helped Etsy reach its first million listing videos and demonstrate a positive impact on conversion.

I designed a range of seller promotional and discount tools to improve the seller experience and boost buyer conversion, order value, and repeat orders. To motivate sellers to take action, I also created and led governance for a flexible seller insights engine, using personalized data to encourage sellers to take their next best action.

Discounts for shoppers

I led the design of Etsy's buyer-facing discount discoverability, introducing a personalized discounts hub, new discount notifications in the updates feed, and coupon eligibility for guest shoppers with an abandoned cart nudger. Rapid experimentation significantly boosted orders, GMS, AOV, and repeat purchase rates, while preserving Etsy’s human-centric values.
